Linking to a specific part of a thread via the chain link icon is not working anymore

Seems to be working well for me. I have had glitches in the past though, mainly when my internet was being slow and I ended up at the top of the page instead of down at the intended post.
 
Huh, and I thought I was the only one. o.o It's also not working for me, unfortunately. I'm currently using the Let's Fly Together [Legacy] theme, by the way~

However, when I click on that linky-chain-button thingy, the url gave me this.
