    Strong Jaw
    -Stealth rocks
    -Dragon tail
-Poison fang (To at least dent fairies if possible)
    -Crunch
(Not sure which item to use here, and this is just at the lack of having a rock head tyrunt :( )

    Natural Cure
    -Rapid spin

    -Thunderbolt
(looking for recommendations also on special moves to give type coverage to this gengar)
(Again looking for advice on items)

goodra, Quiet, 252 SpA, 252 HP, 6 Spe
    Sap Sipper
    -Draco meteor
    -Sludge Wave
    -Fire Blast
    -Ice beam
(Again move coverage advice would be helpful)
    Assault Vest

Mega Aggron, Adamant, 252 Atk, 252 HP, 6 Spd
    Filter
    -Iron head
    -Rock Polish
    -Earthquake
    -Stone edge
Leftovers? (Again, looking for item advice here)

Looking for advice on the 5th, here, as well as advice or possible trades (for better pokémon synergy or better pokémon for the role.) I feel like if I went for another offensive pokémon it should be physical to balance the special attackers here, or should I go for some support? What would fit my typing gaps? Thanks for reading.

Even though Poison Fang lets Tyrantrum hit Fairies, a neutral STAB Stone Edge does as much as a 2x Strong Jaw-boosted Poison Fang:
    -Stone Edge: 100 x 1.5 = 150
    -Poison Fang: 50 x 1.5 x 2 = 150

Poison Fang isn't worth bothering. Even then, there are better Stealth Rock setters out there, like Ferrothorn, Krookodile, Skarmory, etc:

    Ferrothorn:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    -Power Whip/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/208 Def/48 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    Krookodile:
    -Earthquake
    -Knock Off
    -Taunt
    -Toxic/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Atk/252 Def
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate

    Skarmory:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Whirlwind
    -Roost
    -Brave Bird/Defog
    Nature: Impish/Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef or 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Sturdy

If you insist on keeping Tyrantrum, Dragon Dance is the best it can do:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Head Smash/Stone Edge
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Fang
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

These are the sets that Gengar should use:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt
    -Focus Blast
    -Destiny Bond
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

    or
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Focus Blast/Pain Split
    -Disable/Will-o-Wisp/Focus Blast
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge/Life Orb

Ice Beam is redundant with Goodra's Dragon STAB:
    -Draco Meteor
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunderbolt/Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Modest/Quiet/Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/252 SAtk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Specs/Assault Vest
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

    or
    -Dragon Pulse
    -Flamethrower
    -Thunderbolt
    -Toxic/Dragon Tail
    Nature: Calm/Sassy
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

Mega Aggron should only be used in a defensive role:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Iron Head/Heavy Slam
    -Thunder Wave/Ice Punch
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

    or
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Iron Head/Heavy Slam
    -Earthquake/Ice Punch
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

Another physical attacker might not be a bad idea. I'll let someone else suggest it since I might not have time to suggest.

Was thinking maybe something like Lucario or Talonflame would fill in a slot nicely:

-Lucario w/Life Orb or Focus Sash or whatever it is physical Lucarios hold nowadays
    Nature: Jolly
    Ability: Justified
    EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Close Combat, Swords Dance, Bullet Punch/Extreme Speed, Earthquake/Crunch

    -Talonflame w/Choice Band
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Gale Wings
    EVs: 40 HP, 252 Attack, 212 Speed
Moves: Flare Blitz, Brave Bird, U-Turn, Tailwind/Will-o-Wisp

    or

-Talonflame w/Life Orb or Sharp Beak
    Nature: Adamant
    Ability: Gale Wings
    EVs: 40 HP, 252 Attack, 212 Speed
Moves: Flare Blitz, Brave Bird, U-Turn, Roost/Swords Dance

Gengar can use Black Sludge as its held item to help restore some HP.

If you are looking for a support pokemon to use then the Skarmory set that Platinum posted is a very good one to use.
