Well the wings were taken from Ho-oh, so I can't claim all the glory I wish I could.

I wanted to make her in a different dress, and try transitions from FRLG to DPP. I think it went well. :D

:'D I always though Lugia was a guy as well. Brother? Not sure, but I'll try that. That's what I thought of doing.

Why is is SO hard to make Ho-oh a good outfit? I didn't fuse anything thing to make a better outfit because I was lazy and she was frustrating me.
Though Lugia on the other hand looks nice. :'D

But...They look quite...EVIL.

They are DPP sprites, they arn't sized for a hack. Well unless your actually going to use a DPP game which I don't know if we can yet.

My destiny? Lol.

Well I first sprited way back in the sailormoon era, but I stopped that when I was 11 or so, but my sister said I was pretty good. (They used to have like a guest sprite section and I had horribly placed gifs under the name of Hoshi Hokori. xD)
I just picked it up again. It's not different than normal art, it just has medium limitations. So it's wasn't figuring out, because I was already sure of my art skills.
