low level Gyarados in Omega Ruby?

I need to know if I can find a Gyarados thats level 10 or lower. Im willing to trade for it if you have one!

In OR/AS, the lowest level at which you can obtain a Gyarados is level 20, by evolving a Magikarp. If you really want a Gyarados at level 10, you could catch one in HG/SS at the Lake of Rage, and then transfer it to OR/AS.
