could you EV an eevee for me? (haha, get it?..)

spread: 252 Speed, 248 Sp. Attk, and 10HP

it's only 10HP, so do you still need me to provide the power thingy for HP?
and if possible, have it evolve into an espeon? if not, dont let it evolve into anything else!
i'm offering the same as loxius as a reward

i can do the hp with one hp up ^^

ok, but can you wait to trade once loxius gets on? i want it cloned first in case i want it EV'd differently or evolved into something else. and i dont mind waiting for it to evolve into an espeon
