Can you find a wild Lucario level 100 in Pokemon Diamond?

I believe the higher level wild pokemon in diamond is 58(other than legends), plus you can only get Lucario evolving a Riolu.

No the highest level as stated before is almost level 60, The only way to get Lucario is the egg from Riley or trade for it

Just to add on: Actually... you can encounter wild Pokemon at Level 65-67 in one of the rooms of the cave where you find Giratina.

If you found a lvl 100 lucario in the wild or got it from someone via trade im 99.9% sure its hacked but the .1% chance that maybe its glitched is possible but theyve gotten smarter since r/b/y and i doubt things like that happen anymore at least not often. Anyway no you cant find one in the wild lvl 100 only the riolu egg obtained from riley(looks like wave hero) and then evolve via happiness+Day time+Lvl up

In R/B/Y missingno glitch made it possible for you to obtain lvl 100s in wild so its not impossible but highly unlikely in any gen after g/s/c
