Magearna & Marshadow

    So, as we all know by now, Gen VII has two "mythical" Pokemon - Magearna, which you can receive at the end of the game via QR code, and Marshadow, which is not available at all. Do you expect to see either of them in US/UM - either in its normal or alternate Pokeball colouring for Magearna, or at all for Marshadow, given the imminent release of the 20th movie in which it stars? Would you like to see them as proper events, or would you be happy with Mystery Gifts?
     
    I would like to see them as events like Darkrai and Shaymin, that would be great.
     
    Considering the way Magearna was obtained in S/M with the QR Code, I'm hoping it stays being obtainable that way because it was a nice and unique fresh new way to obtain a mythical Pokemon.

    A Marshadow event distribution I could definitely see happening, maybe around launch time as a way to promote and encourage people to get the games.

    Mystery gifts would be okay for both of them. Although, I like an ingame story for Marshadow as we absolutely know nothing about it yet.
     
    I want to know more about these Pokemon, I hope they don't put them on the back burner (RIP Zygarde) and give them more of a story. With these games being alternate versions and not sequels, I can't really see that happening unfortunately, unless they decide to throw us a curveball.
     
    Marshadow might trigger something in USUM when transferred or downloaded into.
