Psychic doesn't sound like too much of a challenge, but what the hey. I'm guessing the challenge doesn't really start until Cerulean/Vermillion, since you can't catch any Psychics 'till then. What should the player do up until that point? Just play normally, or have some sort of handicap?

Anywho, I'll do all pure-psychics, and go with Kadabra, Mr. Mime, and Hypno. Formatted:
