Episode three was decent.
Spoiler:You get an explanation on how Tatsuya wiped out Hattori. The visual showing on how he did it though, seems to be lacking to me but whatever. Some events got cut out, but it just seems only for the sake of smoothing over the episode and to have some flow to it. But near the end during Tatsuya's fight against the magical kendo club, it seemed pretty rushed. And, yes. How Tatsuya canceled Kirihara's magic will be explained in the next episode.
Spoiler:
Visual showing of the magic was wrong.
He used 3 different Psion waves but in a different way than what was pictures.
Pictured magic had 3 circles with the same origin.
But in fact he used 3 circles with different origin that were intersected (like Olympic circles). And those intersections were used as variables in Magic Sequence to exactly count the differences between Psion waves.
Agree with your last sentence. But I hope that Pseudo Cast Jamming will be explained exactly and with right visuals =D

It was kinda forced but there was no other way to introduce Tatsuya's self-restoration technique ;)Ehhhh. That whole fanservice moment is pretty much stuffed in their for the hell of it. But it does show how detached Tatsuya is from his emotions. During that whole instance, Tatsuya had a straight face and showed no signs of ulterior motives. But, besides Tatsuya x Miyuki will never happen, lol.
Considering this is still the beginning of the series, there is only Miyuki that could "kill" him =)
That was the whole purpose of the scene =)
Tehe~, wasn't I saying it? xD"strong admiration" my ass. She's totally into Tatsuya, holy hell.
But don't worry, nothing like this happens again =D
Reasoning above.
LN is... but anime isn't that detailed.I am surprised at how detailed this series is. The internal logic of the magitech is sound. Though the technobabble reaches Trek levels at times.
Also dang, Tatsuya acts like a Human robot at times. This is way beyond dense protagonist levels, can't you see the imouto wants you so bad?
The scanning scene was supposed to highlight how CAD's were supposed to be recalibrated every week due to changes in the human body and emphasize at how professional Tatsuya is over this whole thing, but instead it had the opposite effect in this adaptation (as per adaptation issues) and it became Oreimo bait. LOL
