Much like it's Isshu cousin, it was discovered in September. It is a quiet pokemon, but it is extremely rare and hard to catch.

It's fur is long an bushy, and can be seen in a variety of unusual colours and shades (sometimes simultaneously). It is rumoured to bring pure epicness to any gig it is present at.

Description: It is commonly seen with a Mudkip or two, as both are orange and blue. Kip can't be far away from water for a long time; it's dry skin prevents it from doing so. Sometimes, a Kip can be seen trying to fly. The reason for this behavior is still unknown.
