3rd Gen Male Illumise

I was playing Emerald wandering around in the grass trying to level up my Seviper and I came across a male Illumise

I don't see any pics of an Illumise there so you seem to have a lack of evidence, and as far as we know they can legitimately only be female. Volbeat is the male equivalent if you're wondering.

OP posted another thread today called "I found a male Illumise". The original post included the image of an Illumise... but it was a female.
Not sure why they reposted...
