Well, yes, a mod could somehow go crazy and lock and move everything, and you wouldn't know who it is if he/she didn't give any notice

Unless you have a way of tracking that stuff :P

Yes, there is. It?s called a mod log, and you can see all the mod work done by all the mods. Besides, if someone didn?t want to be found, they certainly wouldn?t leave a trial?
