Alright, so welcome to my Banner shop! You'll be able to request a banner/avatar/both for me to make in this thread. Of course, I will need details, so without further ado, here's the form you must fill out:

Before I show you the proof of my work, a few rules.
- Only 5 requests at a time. The request list will be filled as requests are made. Please do not post a request if you see the list is filled.
- Please give me some time to make them. I promise not too much time will be taken to make your graphics, but do not post nagging comments like "yo did u make my banner yet????????????" If any such comments are found, you will not get your graphics, I won't make them. With that said, I have a life, which means I won't always be at my computer making your graphics. Another reason why these banners are not immediately made.
- Fill the form out. I need to know these details, so if you post without filling in everything I need, your graphics won't be made.
- Give me credit. Seriously, don't be a thief.
