I really need some one to create me a pokemon banner im not skilled at doing this so if I give you the details and what to write can you please creat for me!

Backround, Flaming blue
Trainer, lance the dragon trainer
Pokemon, shadow lugia in the back round sort of faded but still can see
text- I want it to say ChampJev
also in smaller text- The king of kings
shadow lugia would be faded in the middle and on the left normal lugia and on the right ho oh.
those are my requirments they do not have to be exactly the same the back round or pictures can be different i just want a banner but it must say the same text.
