I've noticed some people have voiced concerns about security/databases when making an MMO from flash. If you share these concerns, you should look into the game Dofus. It's a well established MMORPG that (I think) is entirely coded in flash. Maybe you could contact the developers or something and get some tips on security or the database? Just a thought. Anyway, good luck, I can't wait for your game to come out, it looks amazing!
 
this looks truely fantastic, really great work,
i hope to soon see some more progress on this.
possibly one of the best custom made pokemon games ever.
 
Thanks so much everyone! Today we got a lot of progress done.
Hospital added - you can now heal!
Mart added - you can now buy/sell things.
Still working on fixing/removing glitches, and just got to add more content and story.
Maybe I can take a screenshot mhmm...

That reminds me a lot of Harvest Moon, where you are outside of a farm.
I'm guessing that that building keeps Pokémon...?

Also, it's great that you can now heal Pokémon, and buy things.
