6th Gen Mega Charizard Y special sweeper moveset.

Hey guys I am trying to make a good competitive special sweeper with Mega Charizard y but i am having trouble finding a good moveset for him so could anyone help me out? His stats and moves are as follows: HP 136
ATTACK 94
DEFENSE 80
SP. ATTACK 117
SP. DEF 80
SPEED 104
NATURE Docile
ABILITY Blaze
Item Charizardite Y

He is level 42 and here are his moves: Solar Beam (Solar beam is staying for sure unless it's an absolutely horrible move to have on him), Flame Burst, and Fire Fang. So if any of you guys could suggest some good moves for him and some good stats to train i would be EXTREMELY grateful. Also if anyone can suggest a good place to train my pokemon quickly that would also be nice.

Ill just give you some advice on the moves. Unless you are going for Double Battles I suggest you switch Flame Burst for Flamethrower or Fire Blast. Also Fire Fang is a Psysical move which really doesn't help a Special Sweeper so change it to Air Slash which takes advantage of your Flying typing and its a special move. I would have suggested a switch of Solarbeam to Hidden Power Grass but getting the specific IVs to get HP Grass can be a hassle so its ok to keep Solarbeam just watch out for Politoed, Tyranitar and Abomasnow. The last move you could add depends on you, I've seen people run both Fire Blast and Flamethrower but I think Focus Blast is a better option if you have it.
