OK we all know about the new Mega Evolution that came in the game Pokemon X and Pokemon Y. In case you don't know what it is Mega evolution (If you do skip this Part) is a tool that enables to Evolve your Pokemon another time just for the Battle and it makes your Pokemon OP, Controlled by two stones (The Key Stone And The Mega Stone) your Pokemon can achieve Mega evolution not all Pokemon can though, their are 3 Requirements 1. A Keystone which is Achieved later in the Game 2. A Mega Stone Something you can find throughout the Game (Most Pokemon don't have a Mega Stone) 3. A Pokemon at final Evolution that's basically Mega Evolution.

So I think Mega Evolution makes your Pokemon OP to most Pokemon not 5 lvl's or more I wanted your Guys feedback on this because i'm not sure I want this in next game like its only a fair match to another Mega Evolved Pokemon. Also should Mew be able to mega evolve? Mew Two was able to Mega Evolve and he was created before Mega Evolution was known to man, so the Scientists couldn't have made him Mega evolve (Maybe but not Likely) So since Mew Two was cloned from Mew, Mew should be able to mega evolve.

There's definitely a lot of Pokemon that get really overpowered when the Mega Evolve--obvious examples being Pokemon like Mewtwo, Charizard Y, and Rayquaza probably goes without saying xD But I wouldn't say that Mega Evolution is OP in general. There's plenty of Mega Evolved Pokemon that aren't that strong at all. Some are (imo) even better when they don't Mega Evolve. Mega Slowbro is a great example because it loses an item slot, and has a much better ability in its normal form (Regenerator). If you look at it on a case-by-case basis, I'd say it's actually pretty well balanced the way it is now. But of course, that could change in future generations...

To answer your second question, I don't think it'd be so bad if Mew got a Mega Evolution. Like you said, it might make sense from a canon perspective, so it may very well be something we see in the future.

Also, this topic is a bit more broad than just ORAS, being about Mega Evolution in general and speculation about future games, so I'm moving over it to Pokemon Gaming Central.

    Moved.

I don't think Mega Evolution is too overpowered honestly, I think it gives some Pokémon some much needed boosts and some already fan favorites cool new forms. As far as Mew, I think it should get a Mega considering it is sort of the origin species so to speak and also that Mewtwo has Megas.

Many Pokemon got incredibly overpowered with mega evolutions, most just became competitively viable with mega evolution. Some are still useless with their mega evolutions, and some become useless when they mega-evolve (or at least become weaker.)
I think overall it's pretty balanced, only a few became completely overpowered. I love that it gave a chance for underwhelming third stage Pokemon to become powerful, since they probably would have stayed mediocre forever without them (examples would be Charizard and Ampharos)
I was disappointed when relatively useless unevolved or second stage Pokemon stayed underwhelming with mega evolution (Audino, Banette, Camerupt,) because it closed off any chance of them getting a normal evolution and pretty much sealed the deal that they will be underwhelming forever (perhaps not, but I'm fairly pessimistic.)

Yeah but the Pokemon sucking even more when Mega Evolved is just another reason to get rid of it my Blazican was the 2 lvls higher than the Champions Final Pokemon in Pokemon Yand I beat it in a 2-hit KO.
