    Hello one and all to Member of the Year 2013! PokeCommunity's esteemed annual event allows you, the members, to vote for who you want to be the members of the year in a variety of different ways. You can choose who is the funniest, the most inspiring blogger, highlight who has the best taste in avatars, signatures, etc. and you can do it all right here. All you have to do is read below, fill out your ballot, and drop it in this thread.

    Following last year's theme, there will be section-specific categories, meaning each participating forum section will have their own set of questions for their regulars - or anyone that wants to participate! - to vote in! Section-specific categories will be linked here in a master list so you can quickly navigate to the appropriate section and fill out your ballots there.
