...I'm not talking about underwear in general. I'm talking about briefs. The alternative to restricting your junk is not rubbing against denim. It's other kinds of underwear.

I guess I can get the sports thing though.

It's pretty much because dangling balls can get painful, and tend to smack into things, rub the wrong way on things, etc. Freedom is good. TOO MUCH freedom is horrible.

Boxer briefs. They feel good and look good. I hate the look of briefs and hate both the feel and the look of boxers.
