Messed Up Signatures

You're really out of the loop. XP Yeah, once the Eli thing happened, it was reserved again for seniors. Mostly. Might be a few we missed who have it.

But I'd still like to be able to edit sigs. <_< That'd be cool, being able to fix them myself. <<;
 
I would say, indeed. Worthy of just having it ripped out with a warning.

Ish, well nothing wrong with this girl's sig except for it's two screens wide on full screen. I had to take two screens.

Honestly, she's had it before. I know this isn't messed-up but I read this thread and yeah.

Sowwy for huge jpgs and stretching out the screen. Should really have attached 'em but meh. =/

Is it still doing it? o_O; I rearranged a the tag closings a bit and it doesn't seem to do it for me anymore.
 
I figured it's be better to post here instead of making a new thread for it so hopefully this doesn't count as off topic. In the rules for sigs is says "The general rule of thumb regarding signature sizes is that they should not exceed one browser window's worth of space (both horizontally and vertically)." My screen is at 960x720 and some sigs are bigger than that or close to filling up the entire screen. So my question is which screen size does the not exceeding thing apply to? Because some people can see a big sig that only fills a bit of their screen while for other people it'll fill up the whole thing. I just wanted to make sure what the limit is before posting about sigs that I think could be too big.

Edit: And the friends list thing is fixed, right? Last time I was here it was messed up.

We're still deciding on sig rules (which is why we've just got the rule of thumb for now) due to so many factors resulting in sigs being too long.
Basically just use your own judgement based on your screen. If you're worried, you can always add your sig then PM one of the higher staff to make sure it isn't too long ^^
 
It's not my sig, I've seen some sigs come close to taking up my entire screen and didn't want to report them incase they're not breaking any rules.
 
You can report any sigs you feel are on the limit, and then the higher staff that you have PMed can use their judgement to take action or not ^^
 
If it's big enough that it bothers you when you're trying to read posts in a thread, then you should probably report it. Worst case is you end up having to just deal with it, but it could end up being changed, so it's always worth a try. ^_^;;
