4th Gen Mew Dosn't Learn All Moves???

I was training my Politoed and i enter tu Bulbapedia to se when my Politoed learn Perish Song and in the list of pokemon that can learn it it was'nt mew there and so i enter a little more Web sites and it was imposible to make mew to learn Perish Song.
So ther is a way to make him Learn it???

It's "all kinds of moves," not "every move."

It means Mew can learn different varieties of moves. No where did it say it can learn every move.
