You have to have a Youtube channel (preferably a large one) with high-quality content, be an exceptional builder in Minecraft, and be approved by all of the other server members. There's currently a post here in the Let's Play subreddit for applications if you meet those criteria.
 
Yeah ok my base is twitch so I guess not

Ah my account got hacked, so I had to delete my account and make a new one, starting from scratch again Im afraid :/ it's zehn_ my new one
 
I really like the feel of modded Minecraft and I enjoy seeing what you can do on these. :D
