[Episode Discussion] Minor NPCS

    How many minor NPC are there in each series of Pokemon- ones that don't have a real personality and maybe one or two lines of script or less? I thought this would easy to find out but it is not. I wanted to compare between the games and the anime- does the games have more NPCs
     
    They're not NPCs. The word you're looking for is minor or background character.

    But, probably thousands. Pokemon has a character of the day concept, so it's really hard to just count.
     
    What if you only include minor characters that have a few words to say?
