People think I grow my beard out to look more manly and impose my superior presence or some other nonsense, but being of Mediterranean heritage and extremely lazy about simple actions is a deadly combination in this case. I can get a pretty solid amount of facial hair in two or three days without shaving. It's not a good thing :[

People think I'm just quiet and don't listen to anything horribly offensive, but they'll act surprised when they see some normal looking guy like me listen to a band that's famous for their national-socialist bassist murdering their guitarist by stabbing him 23 times and then claimed self-defense and also burned down some churches because, hey, churches.

Or a band that once set up a live show by putting Sheep heads on stakes, used Satanic imagery, a bloodbath using 80 litres of sheep's blood, and four naked crucified models:

People assume that because I have piercings, I'm a satanist.

That just because I have anxiety, I must be afraid of people.

And that because I'm a good student and choose to spend my time focusing on more academic pursuits, that I don't have any good, real life experiences.

    Yes. That is me 100%.

Also that I'm cocky, when I honestly aren't and try to avoid being over confident!

people assume that because I'm thought-out and well-spoken when I talk that I automatically know everything about whatever question pops in their head, and when I can't answer it, they're like "You so smart why don't you know that?"

And just like Secretary Not Sure one day I'm going to give up and tell them I can telepathically communicate with the objects causing their problems, because if they're asking me something like that chances are they'd believe me.
