[FONT="]Physical: Anthony, despite being 22, seems to look much older than he really is. This is mostly due to his somewhat silvery hair that seems unnaturally natural. Since birth, Anthony has always had a natural grey hair, but only during his teenage years did it become to look more silvery. Due to his military background, Anthony has always had the typical military cropped hair style; cropped short around the sides, and a little longer on top. This peculiar hair colour helped him to obtain the nickname "silver" during his high school years. Due to the colour of his hair, he remains clean shaven as any facial hair mimics his silver hair. He has what people most often described as 'electric blue' eyes which in some instances can seem piercing. For most of it, he keeps his eyes downcast so that people don't have to look into them. Anthony stands at about five foot eleven inches, a fairly average height and weighs something close to seventy kilograms. This weight is due to his rather defined muscular body. To call him lanky would be an understatement, but to call him ripped would be incorrect, his muscles are clearly defined, rather than protruding or being none existent. [/FONT]

[FONT="]Clothing: Growing up militarily has had a profound effect of the way that Anthony dresses, especially his common attire. A pair of black cargo pants, faded at the bottom is his preferred, he dislikes wearing shorts and has none at all. These fall over a pair of military style boots that are most commonly black and have steel capped toes. His shirt on the other hand is white with vertical grey stripes running down it and faded Russian letters on the chest.

[FONT="]As far as accessories go, he has very little. A stainless steel dog tag rests around his neck, and in true military style has his details engraved on two separate tags of stainless steel. A silver analogue watch rests on his left wrist, which he often switches to his right wrist when he needs to write; being left handed. Lastly he has a pointed piercing below his bottom lip. Of course we cannot forget his tattoos. On the back of his hands are a top down view of a single dragon on the back of each hand. Further inspection will reveal that the dragon heads connect to long, serpentine bodies curled around his arms and up over his shoulders. Every so often along the body are clawed legs that look as if they are holding onto Anthony's arms. They end mysteriously on his shoulder blades on his back, where they look as if they have come out of them.
Personality: Anthony has always been the person to strike first and answer questions later and quite often being impulsive. He strikes hard and fast, not allowing his opponents to gain any advantage and striking them where best to incapacitate them. He strikes swiftly and quickly which often people attributed to lightning as it strikes quickly and deadly. His impulsiveness is most common when walking down the street, most often he will go on walks to clear his head, and will quite often just switch sides of the street, or turn down a random street; sporadic at best. He also likes to buy random things that catch his eye; impulsive buying.[/FONT]

[FONT="]But despite this quirk, Anthony is a quick thinker. He is of above average intelligence so slightly smarter than the average person which does help. His intelligence helps him to come up with answers quickly and is quite often considered a smart alec for his ability to pull smart ass comments from his head in reply to another person in an instant after their remark has been made. However this did not help him much coming from the army, especially during the training and living at home with his father. Anthony is a bright person, however things just took a turn for the worst and lately he is beginning to change, most of his old habits are still there, but some are being replaced with nasty habits. [FONT="]Anthony has a habit of pulling things apart to see how they work, more likely these things having something to do with electricity such as television remotes, laptops, cellular phones, pretty much anything that runs on electricity Anthony loves to take apart. This comes in handy when taking apart alarm systems as well as when fixing things.
History: Anthony's childhood was full of upheaval, having a father in the military meant that he never stayed in one place much longer than a year so he never really had the sense of settling down, much less having something like a home. From birth, he was raised by his mother and older sisters, and being the youngest constantly hassled by his older brothers. His father rarely came home, and his older brothers once out of high school soon joined their father in the military so Anthony was always expected to follow them in that pursuit. By the age of 7 he had been to all five regions at least once, and friendships had never been made so much of Anthony's childhood was spent alone, during this alone time he would often tinker with things, finding out how they worked by taking them apart.[/FONT]

[FONT="]At the age of ten, he was gifted with a somewhat devious Elekid from Lieutenant Surge during their stay in Vermillion City; Surge being a family friend and having gone back with his father to their younger days in the military. Anthony named the Elekid 'Shock', as that was what he gave Anthony when they first met. Because of Shock's electrical typing, Anthony began tinkering with electrical things, remotes, gaming systems, anything electrical he could get his hands on, it intrigued them both. At the age of thirteen, Anthony had been in and out of schools, spending no more than a single year at any one school, and having been in each region at least twice. Despite this constant moving and changing, Anthony remained fairly smart, most of this intelligence lying in electrical equipment. He found solace in his one companion, Shock, and the two were fairly inseparable. [/FONT]

[FONT="]When he was fifteen years of age, Shock evolved into an Electabuzz, and Anthony was dead set on breaking the tradition of joining the army and instead turned his interests towards being an electrician; a perfect job for someone like him. When his father found out, he flipped, and sent Anthony off to military camps every summer, where he was trained to become a soldier and learnt many martial arts. He dissented as much as he could but soon realised that it would not do, so instead he internalised his dissention and hatred, saving it for a later date as it grew within him.[/FONT]

[FONT="]Nineteen was the age he moved away from his parents; escaping their grasp on him, especially his father's constant persistence to get him to join the army. He still tinkered with electronics, and managed to snag an apprenticeship to an electrician, much to his parents' dismay he left to train as an electrician. He soon fell into the wrong crowd of friends, drugs, alcohol and tobacco surround his life outside of the apprenticeship, and thievery was beginning to grow within him. For ages he would help his "friends" to break into houses and steal stuff, his ability to pull apart electrical goods meant that he could disable alarm systems, allowing for an easy snag.[/FONT]

[FONT="]Within two years he left their side, it now became a game to him, Anthony no longer saw the need to break into houses to steal things, but rather to test himself, to push himself further and further; it became an addiction to beat any alarm system to come across and to be continually beating the best. He soon adopted a trend; he would disable and alarm system, going for the best and hardest systems out there. He would then locate the safe, another thing to break into, especially if they were electronic like many were, and on his way out he light up the house from the kitchen, disabling the smoke alarms so that the house was fairly well burning by the time the ambulance arrived.[/FONT]

[FONT="]Breaking and Entering alongside Arson was what the Judge found him guilty for. His final stint would have made him famous for all the wrong reasons, but instead it was leading him to jail. If it hadn't been for an ingenious play of action from his lawyer, he would have been in jail without a second thought, but now he was working community service. 200 hours of it too, but of course, community service would be better than being in jail.
