Ok, guys, there is apparantly a convention dedicated entirely to Misty that is going to happen on May the 18th. I learned of it from a friend on Pokecommunity, who learned of this from this website:

    https://kasumispecial.web.fc2.com/home.html

She said that there is going to be a convention dedicated entirely to Misty, it's going to take place on May the 18th, at 11:30am to 3:00pm (11:30 [] 15:00), Japanese time zone, and it's going to be at Nagoya, according to her translation from the website.

This seems very crucial for Misty. I mean, unless I am mistaken, Misty is the only main pokemon character (if not the only ANIME main character) to actually have an Anime convention dedicated completely to herself. I mean, I doubt that even ASH acquired this honor. For all we know, this could signal something... about a certain fan controversy...

Sorry if this is in the wrong place mods, but I figured it was important enough for the anime to mention it here.

    I'm crying of emotion..
I've been always a huge fan of Misty, I almost die when she left Ash... without a kiss!!!!! T_T
She totally deserves it, and she deserves a new episode in Sinnoh too

If you have more information about this Event, post it here please

I'm also going to post the information on the other Misty clubs as well.

BTW, charaxes, the only reason why I posted the thing on here is because I thought it was important enough to mention it, and besides which, the Mayumi Iizuka Blog was referenced on the Anime sections of Bulbagarden and Serebiiforums [the latter of which dealt with the spoilers subsection], and I thought, if a VA blog was able to be placed on an anime section as if it belonged in that section, this should be accepted as well.

Oh, it's fine. Besides, the anime was responsible for at least a good measure of Misty's enduring popularity. So, yeah, I'd say it's in the right forum. Heh.
