Ditto is not foreign, and I'll tell you the IVs of the Magby right after trade.

Edit: 31 Speed and 31 Sp. Attack for sure.

I am slightly disappointed with that.
Don't you have a foreign one?

Basically, I was looking for a foreign in order to maximize the chances of getting a shiny pokemon.

Yes, once my Wi-Fi starts up again, we can trade and I can find out the IVs of the Magby.
