I am slightly disappointed with that.

Basically, I was looking for a foreign in order to maximize the chances of getting a shiny pokemon.

Moves: , Ice beam (Don't have the tm), Thunder bolt (Don't have the tm)
Level: Doesn't matter (If you have the time though, level 100)

The other moves I want it to know I have the tm for so don't worry about the last two moves. Evolve it into Lickilicky if you please. And Thanks for doing this.
