The grimace that I'd be wearing upon my face upon my taste buds first detecting the foul sensation would probably be so much of a tell-tale sign that I don't like the food that lying would be a waste of breath and cause unnecessary stress to the vocal chords. Everyone knows that I'm really picky and obsessive about my food, though, so I have doubts that I'd be put in a situation like this.
