So basically ive created 3 monotype teams and tried them all. First one fail second one eh. Third one does pretty good so here's my fourth one but it needs tweaking! 2 of the past 3 have been posted here and after listening to everyones comments and a lot of work the teams usually worked out good after that (once i learned that electrivire is a pain haha) so without further ado here's number 4 and i hope its sufficient!

    Eelektross @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 Spe
    Quiet Nature (+SpAtk, -Spe)
    - Volt Switch
    - Flamethrower
    - Giga Drain
    - Knock Off

    Manectric @ Manectite
    Ability: Lightning Rod
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Overheat/Flamethrower
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Volt Switch

    Heliolisk @ Focus Sash/Life Orb
    Ability: Dry Skin
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Timid Nature (+Spe,-Atk)
    - Volt Switch
    - Grass Knot
    - Hyper Voice
    - Thunderbolt

    Galvantula @ Life Orb/?
    Ability: Compound Eyes
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature
    - Energy Ball
    - Thunder
    - Sticky Web
    - Bug Buzz

    Jolteon @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Volt Absorb
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
    Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Signal Beam
    - Shadow Ball
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

    Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 Spe
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Pain Split
    - Hydro Pump
    - Will-O-Wisp
    - Volt Switch

So plz critique and help me make it the best it can be!
Note: Item clause is on so each poke has to have a different item.

I'd go Specs on Jolteon and swap out Heliolisk for this guy:

    Magnezone @ Air Balloon
    Ability: Magnet Pull
    EVs: 128 HP / 252 SpA / 128 Spe
    Modest Nature
    - Magnet Rise
    - Hidden Power Fire
    - Flash Cannon
    - Thunderbolt

This will give you a cushion for the EdgeQuake coverage that troubles so much of your team.

Aqua Tail doesn't let Eelektross do much. While it's true that Eelektross has good coverage, Expert Belt means that it loses power against neutral targets. And while it has an equally good physical and special move pool, it's better to use more special moves than physical ones, as they have better coverage together:
    -Volt Switch
    -Flamethrower
    -Giga Drain
    -Knock Off/Thunderbolt
    Nature: Quiet/Modest
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 SAtk
    Item: Assault Vest

Heliolisk gained Hyper Voice as a Normal STAB in OR/AS; it really should make the most out of that. While it's true that Heliolisk is rather frail, the extra power of Life Orb would be great:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Volt Switch
    -Hyper Voice
    -Grass Knot/Surf
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Dry Skin

Use Thunder over Thunderbolt on Galvantula, as with Compound Eyes, the former's accuracy gets boosted up to a reasonable 91% and is more powerful. Otherwise, what's the point of having Compound Eyes as the ability in the first place?

What's the point of Wash Rotom having a Timid nature if its Speed isn't invested in at all? It should be physically defensive (Bold nature with 248 HP/252 Def/8 Spe).

I'd go Specs on Jolteon and swap out Heliolisk for this guy:

    Magnezone @ Air Balloon
    Ability: Magnet Pull
    EVs: 128 HP / 252 SpA / 128 Spe

    - Hidden Power Fire
    - Flash Cannon
    - Thunderbolt

This will give you a cushion for the EdgeQuake coverage that troubles so much of your team.
I'd keep Heliolisk on the team and take Jolteon out because the former outclasses the latter. While Heliolisk is slower than Jolteon, it has a much better offensive move pool than Jolteon does.

I actually had Magnezone on the 2nd team i created which didnt help out much at all and Heliolisk seems to be one of the main powerhouses of the team who've ive experienced absolutely no issues at all from so i think I'll have to disagree on that. The only thing i get scared about with Jolteon with specs is the limit of only being able to use one move of coarse so ill definately consider it and test it with and without as well.

Ok i agree with everything you said thunder and thunderbolt was a mistake for some reason i took that off i originally had it on Heliolisk which i just replaced with thunderbolt but i also took thunder off of galvantula so definately a big mistake haha. For what im using the team for though item clause is in effect so should i use life orb on galvantula or Heliolisk?

So the final atm will look like:

    Eelektross @ Expert Belt

Assault Vest is still the superior item on Eelektross, as it helps fix its average special bulk.

I would prefer zapdos over something preferably over jolteon or rotom, up to you, because I would really like a ground immunity on a mono electric team that isn't by passed by mild breaker or the likes, cause right you now you can easily get sweeped by something like say excadrill. You can additionally also use say surf on heliolisk.
