Yep, those that have double powers are because the powers compliment each other.

Then I was wondering if my character could also have Melanokinesis, the ability to control ink, graphite, and other drawing mediums. Or just ink. Whatever floats your boat.

Yup, it compliments each other, that's why. I am thinking of making Ashley a villain, slowly letting him be taken over by his reverse side. Also, for Lyle, I believe that metal has traces of earthly material inside. Most metals are alloys of one or two of the elements found in the earth, so with experience, he should be able to control metal as well.

The elements found in earth are alkali metal compounds like potassium hydroxide, calcium carbonate (limestone) and things like that. So technically, metals should be made of the same types of elements, just in alloys rather than in the compound states, so its just a slight difference in composition.

Also, thanks, Ichiro, for the acceptance and the SUs. I have a sort of introduction to how they would join the rest, but it has to be done in parts, so I may have to post more often than others.

EDIT: Also, I am planning to have Jade destroy the school, attack his aunt and run off. Any suggestions on where Jade would run off to? Or would you want Jade to lock himself in his room rather than running off?

EDIT 2: By the way, we need more evil superheroes. Almost everyone seems to be going towards the good superheroes path, with none heading to the evil path.

I am considering creating an assassin who turns invisible. Employed by the government to take out people with powers. That kind of thing. What do you think?

Also, would power prevention be allowed as a power? Guessing no.
 
Woops, didn't see that until now. Maybe the turning invisible thing would be accepted, seeing as hypnotism is already accepted, and hypnotism is stronger. But, it would also be true that hypnotism is only strong if used by someone who knows how to use it properly/smartly.

Power prevention probably might be allowed. Its only effect is to stop powers, right? If it does not do anything but that, it might be allowed. We'll wait for Ichiro's reply.
 
Okay, @Mancer: Where are you getting metal/substance manipulation from???
He's your character, pretty much whatever is fine.
It depends, Dante is probably most definately going to be evil.

Oh goody, you're still online. Rate my post. I don't know how you feel, but I may have taken things slightly too far with Yelhsa killing the guy there, tell me if that's okay.

EDIT: That was giving a few tips to Raikiri's SU and power, since metal elements are found in earth and in quite a number of our everyday products, especially in metal, although the composition is different. It might be possible for Lyle to control metal objects to a slight extent if he has enough experience. Kinda like Toph from Avatar.
 
I was kinda slightly rushing too much, being afraid that the introductory/meeting post might be too delayed. Raikiri can make Neil zip down to the area to speak to Jade if he wants, I'll make Jade be traumatised.

Good idea. I will need to study a map of America and England. Living in Singapore makes me slightly mixed up about the countries/cities in America and England. I sometimes mistake the countries. Is NYC in America or England?
 
Right. Do you want to enter the IRC? I believe that is better than using the OoC chat in this manner. Although, you can answer no to that.
 
Cool it guys, I haven't even gotten my first post up yet.

New York City is a beautiful city, so of course it's in America. Um, would it be al right if Jade and Billie go to the same high school?
 
Jade's born in Singapore but lives in America, by the way, thought it was obviously stated in the History. And yeah, I don't mind. Might be cool to see the meetup reaction.
