You can get chinchou, jolteon and magnemites like you said. Plus I would allow one pichu egg to help you get started. I'm missing somebody...I think.

WoW... Sorry for not updating... The last info about me is Geodude learning Magnitude..

• Everything till Chuck was very easy,my Geodude evolved into Graveler,got Sudowoodo.
  
• Caught Corsola in Olivine!
• Got to Cianwood,got Shuckle from gift.. dropped very fast.
• Chuck lies on the ground and cries,baby!
• Onix "Rocky" leaves the team.
• Sentret the HM slave I catched earlier evolved into better HM slave called Furret "Ferrey".
• Pidgey "Fleeye" is with me as Fly slave.
• GO GO MAHOGANY TOWN.
• Oh wait... Red Gyardos... Can't kill that one,catched successfully,traded for Exp.Share after beating Team Rocket.
• The Ice Gym.. I DIDN'T KNOW ROCK>ICE!
• Wasn't so easy,but Corsola just rocks.
• Baoba phoned me that he has second challenge to me.. LARVITAR THERE I COME.
• Did the second challenge,caught female Larvitar.
• Went to Route with DayCare,caught Ditto and started to breed Ditto+Larvitar to get eggs.
• Yay,second egg has Naughty Larvitar "Sweepstake"!
• Why Elm does not phone me about Radio Tower?
• ... WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?!
• Oh wait I didn't beat Jasmine.. My fault!

~ Goldenrod City: Coin Case, Fashion Case, Bicycle, Radio Card, Squirtbottle, and Mail Spearow obtained.
~ National Park and Route 35 completed.
~ Bug Catching Contest: Scyther captured, named ScissorSis (it's female :D)
~ Route 37 and 38 completed, trained Scyther to level 21 and evolved into Scizor.
~ Catched and stored Sudowoodo.
~ Burned Tower completed.
~ Ecruteak Gym defeated.
~ Kimono Theatre and Route 42 visited: Obtained HM03 Surf and HM04 Strength (teached to Crocky and Dude respectively).
~ Route 39 completed. Magnemite catched.
~ Olivine Lighthouse visited.
~ Route 40 and 41 completed.
~ Cianwood Gym defeated.
~ Obtained HM02 Fly and Secret Potion.
~ Seen Suicune, battled Eusine.

• Radio Tower beaten because of little leveling and LUCK. Larvitar came in with serious face of... PUPITAR,go go EVOLUTION!
• Got some fancy feather,Director told me something about nice Kimono Girls and Bell Tower.. Didn't listen to him tho,was too hyped about my Corsola "Cereal" which just rocks.
• Go go Ice Tunnel! Every trainer towards it is soo easy. Water-types are going down thanks to Cereal!

I'd actually be more than willing to make a few userbars, provided I have some information like what exactly you want the Userbar to say, and what Pokemon, if any, should I use for each type. I've already created my own personal Normal-type Userbar, so I'm not opposed to doing other types.

A few. For the Electric-type bar, I would use Pikachu (or Pichu), Flaffy, and then Magnezone. For the Normal-type, I would use Ratatta, Furret, then Togekiss. Basically, it would go, First Step, Second Evolution, Third Evolution. Obviously, the Pokemon would vary from bar to bar, and for Fire/Grass/Water, they would feature the Starter Pokemon from HG/SS.
