Added!

Good luck bro. .

alright, i'm doing another one. traded my bug team away and everything

Name:TotoPacMan
In-game Name:Lucky (lol)
Type:Flying
Version: SoulSilver

i can trade in eggs right? if so, i'm trading in a Surskit egg and a chatot egg

Nah, you can't because flying types aren't rare.

You get access to pidgey, spearow, zubat, butterfree, scyther, hoppip...and others pretty early on.

A type such as dark, ice, steel, etc. will require an egg.

- Trekked through Route 44, not too tough.
- Made it to the Ice Path, where I captured a Swinub, nn'd Manny, to add to my team (:
- Slid through Ice Path easily, mauling Jynx's and Delibird's along the way
- Arrived in Blackthorn City where I plan on taking Route 45 up to train Manny to level 40
- Currently saved in the Blackthorn City PokeCenter

damn. any ways, i have started. caught a hoothoot. end team is probably gonna be somewhere along the lines of Noctowl, Jumpluff, Skarmory, Delibird, Crobat, and someone else. anyone got good ideas for a sixth?

Scyther lolol

People forget he was fully evolved for an entire generation and he was damn good.

A solid 110 base attack and 105 base speed.

@sweed: you didn't let nidorino learn poison jab?

i don't wanna use more bug types. i trained a lv.15 scyther to a lv.68 Scisor and im not doing it again (not without evolution)

I can see how that could "bug" you

LMAO that was cheesy...but yeah, you could use pidgeot or fearow.

@sweed: you didn't let nidorino learn poison jab?

When you beat Janine the TM you get is Poison Jab, so I figure, let Nidoking get Earth Power for STAB now, and teach it Poison Jab later, that way I get both.

If it really comes to it, I can always trade one over d: (if that's not cheating).

And along with Arcelio I plan on going all the way to Red before I consider this challenge beat (;

You can count me as a Ground Champion, .EJ!!

Yeah you guys got the enthusiasm but do you have the will to pull through? =p

And the challenge begins again.

  • Started where I left off, Route 43. Next stop, Lake of Rage.
  • I think I may have over-leveled. My entire team is just steamrolling through every Trainer that challenges me. One Trainer mentioned a redhead mocking his Pokemon. Dammit, how does he keep beating me places?! He doesn't even have the necessary HMs to get here in the first place, and even if he did, he doesn't have any Gym Badges!
  • Okay, now it's raining. What the hell happened to the weather just now?
  • Due to my immense stupidity, I did not bring a Pokemon that can Surf to the Red Gyarados. I decided to teach Miltank Surf, since it could use a decent way of attacking Rock/Ground-types, other than Zen Headbutt. Got rid of Rollout to make room.
  • Jumped on the back of my swimming cow and rode out to the Red Gyarados, who's ass I proceeded to kick into next week. Nabbed a free Red Scale, which'll come in handy when I have to Level Grind later on (if I have to at all).
  • Talked to 'Lance', some dude with a cool Dragonite that wears a cape...in public. Seriously, why don't you just stamp 'Cosplayer' on your forehead and call it a day? Also, it, according to him, takes skill to kill a Level 30 Gyarados with a Level 40 Ambipom. Whatever you say, guy. I agreed to help him in whatever investigation he's working on, since it might help me move lard-ass out of the way of the Gym door.
  • Why is Magikarp being forced to evolve a bad thing? Magikarp suck major ass. Gyarados is practically king of the Overused competitive Pokemon scene. He had his Dragonite Fly him away, even though he could have just walked to Mahogany. Lazy prick...
  • Walked back to the Pokemon Center, healed up the team, and walked into the souvenir shop. Apparently, it's fishy or something. *Cough*DRUG DEN*Cough*. Sorry about that cough. I meant to say 'Drug Den'.
  • Watched some NPC get thoroughly pwned by a Dragonite's Hyper Beam. The only thing that angers me is that, instead of completely disintegrating the guy on contact, it knocks him into a wall. A Dragonite can bring down a Legendary Pokemon with its Hyper Beam, but it can't defeat a single human being? Fail Dragonite is Fail. I knew Salamence was better.
  • What took me so long? Unlike you, I don't abuse my Pokemon and force them to fly me every goddamn place, prick. Why is it that every redhead I've met is a complete ass to me? First it was Silver, that beat me, then Lance, who's just a secret-*******. He pretends to try to help the Magikarp, but seriously, he's an ass about it.
  • Oh shi-! The Persian statues have cameras for eyes! And yet, it doesn't matter, cause I can still beat down any and all Rockets.
  • Ending the update there for today. Didn't really do much, but school has me exhausted, and I want to at least start Dragon Quest: Joker.

Update, day 7, IIRC.

Ok, I am officially stuck forever at Will. (Well, thats over-exaggeration, and by the way, I've decided to maybe do a Steel-type, Normal-type, or Dragon-type run after this, since I really enjoy doing this.)

Yeah, I ran 1-300 in a RNG and got 139 (1-100, Normal, 101-200, Steel, and 201-300, Dragon), so, I'm doing Steel-type next. (Importing Riolu FTW.)

Not gonna update much today, will only do so for each Elite 4, since there is nothing really to update about. :P

I'm scrapping that Jumpluff idea. added in Pidgeot, and still debating for the sixth guy. between Gyarados and Murkrow at the moment. (are there any non-legend flying pokemon who lean fire or grass moves) and does anyone know where to get multiple aerial ace TMs?

anyways, the sprout tower was probably the easiest thing I'll encounter until Buggsy or whatever his name is (if i spelled that right). totally forgot zubat was in Dark Cave (doh!). ran from like 15 geodudes before i found one. started training him in the gym. yay for the quick switch out! Falkner's Pidgeotto suuuucks sooooo bad. Thanks to Hootsie the Hoothoot's Hypnosis, i kept off the onslaught long enough to heal my way to victory. now i'm on my way to Azalea Town.

Team so far: (I STILL don't have pics?!?!?!!?)

Hootsie/Hoothoot Lv.13
Uproar
Foresight
Peck
Hypnosis

Aero/Pidgey Lv.13
Tackle
Sand Attack

Quick Attack

Fang/Zubat Lv.9
Leech Life
Supersonic

Whaddya know! Halfway done! Yep, I beat the Elite 4! 8 more badges and I'm done, right? I'd fight Red too, but I'm just too lazy...

Well, time to start my adventures in Kanto! Well, I'd be excited if I liked Kanto, but it's not my favorite region. Johto forever! :P Well, actually, I want to grind a bit. Going to get my guys to ~50, so probably nothing special for the rest of the day. :l

Blargh... Still stuck in the boat. (Not for 2 hours straight, I saved and took a small break. :P)

Oh yeah, I have to play hide-and-seek.

Ok, in Vermillion City, or whatever. Time to grind. May or may not update again today.

Nothing game related, but I finally got a new laptop, so updating will hopefully be more frequent. As for the game, 2/5 at level 50. I'm done for the day, so see everyone tomorrow. (Unless I choose to make a liar out of myself again and play more anyways.)
