Most improved pokemon sprite

Remember back in Generation 1 when you looked at some of the sprites and were like WTF?
Now with all of the improvements in the games all sprites are clear and detailed. So what I want to know is whose sprite is most improved.

For me it is Moltres take a look at that ridiculous sprite. It looks nothing like it does now.

I agree with Moltres. Machamp and Pidgeot's sprite have improved greatly compared to first gen- they don't look as fearsome and powerfel in gen 1 as they do now. Actually, the whole Machop family's sprite have improved... That Machoke's eyes look crazy o_O

Yeah Machamp has improved drastically. I always kinda liked Pidgeot's gen 1 sprite though.

Pidgeot's gen 1 sprite does look nice, but comparing it to the way it looks now, it just doesn't look as magnificent as it could. I really liked Pidgeot's sprite in gen 2 and in gen 3 FireRed/LeafGreen. They really showed off Pidgeot's awesome wings and crest.
And Pidgey's sprite was so cute, like a baby bird :3

Yet I also should add that Kakuna's sprite has changed. Remember in B/R when it used to look like an alien? :D

I also agree on Moltres. Wigglytuff and Chansey have improved loads over the years. Just look at their R/B sprites, then their current ones.

YES. Chansey looked awful in generation 1. So improved from what it was.
