And now the nightmare begins torturing me again.
Hah, Heatran in Pearl drove me crazy by using Earth Power every second of my life and knocking down all my Pokemon. AND it fainted a lot. AND the Pokeballs/Dusks/Greats/Ultras didn't work AT ALL. I finally caught it after dunking my DS in a corner and leaving it shut down for a few weeks. Urgh.

So, I defeat the thing with Luxio's Spark... well, needless to say, the Aftermath ability caught me by complete surprise, and almost killed off my Pokemon in the process. Yeah, was not expecting that.

However, by the time Flint's Drifblim came around, I was ready for it... with Thunder.

Most surprising battle would be the first fight against the rival. He almost beat me by withdrawing too much (when starting with Piplup).

Torterra + Infernape = NO.

Really, Blast Burn makes it all that much worse. Isn't ground supposed to even out the fire/grass weakness? :P

Well not really since ground doesn't resist fire, plus Torterra's too slow to get a good hit on Infernape.

my worst moment,when one glalie scored 3 consecutive sheer cold's and knocked my 93 Lv. Gallade.
91 Lv. Empoleon and 90 Lv. Giratina....................................

Reminds me of that stupid Walrein in the Battle Tower. I think it only knows Fissure and Sheer Cold.

Anyway, the Puruglies that those Galactic Admins have always cause me problems, which they shouldn't. You would think something that horrible looking would suck horribly.

I was suprised when i caught mewtwo with a normal pokeball in yellow verion

Level 100 weavile.

This one guy was battling with like all level 60 pokemon, and i killed every one with my machamp. Then he whipped out a level 100 weavile. He took out all of my pokemon but two, then i used destiny bond with gengar and killed him.

I don't mean to sound **** or anything, but I've never lost a battle on the actual game of Pokémon Diamond (in Wi-Fi it's a different matter all together) so I didn't really find any Pokémon massively hard to defeat. Perhaps Cynthia's Spiritomb, but only because it has no weaknesses and I was matching it with Bronzong, whom has the moves Stealth Rock, Earthquake, Gyro Ball and Extrasensory. Needless to say, it was a very long battle against Spiritomb before I killed it after she'd used Full Restore once. I would have Shadow Ball'd it or something with Alakazam but switching into Dark Pulse is not prudent. So yes, probably her Spiritomb. Also, this Ace Trainer in the Battle Zone I just fought. He sent out a Zigzagoon. 'Nuff said.

This was surprising. I had just gotten a new lvl 70 team off my Emerald and decided to go on wi-fi against my friend. He pulled out a lvl 60 Mew and totally wiped out my whole party. I dont know how it happened but it was weird.

A lvl 1 ratada was at 1 hp vs a lvl 100 it used enverder then quick attack and killed me O_O

lvl 1 rattata is the most fearsome oppoent anyone will ever face.

I don't mean to sound **** or anything, but I've never lost a battle on the actual game of Pokémon Diamond (in Wi-Fi it's a different matter all together) so I didn't really find any Pokémon massively hard to defeat.

That's because the in-game difficulty is aimed at 5 year olds (hence the 3+ rating in Europe). I could easily beat the game without losing; however, I like to set myself challenges (such as not using any items), so I occasionally white out.

FEAR Rattata is a ridiculously noobish strategy. Firstly, with the prevalence of Stealth Rock, it only works as a lead; even then, it's beaten by Tyranitar's Sand Stream and Metagross's Bullet Punch. It can't touch Ghost types at all, and won't get the KO on Scizor, the most common Pokémon, due to Bullet Punch (1 in every 2 teams has one). Burns and Poison also work on it, and an opponent with high defenses and Leftovers (such as Skarmory or Snorlax) can survive the Quick Attack and recover off the damage afterwards.

Anyway, I once fought a Torkoal on Wi-Fi, which somehow destroyed my team with Overheat and Earthquake :(
