3rd Gen Most Under-used Pokemon

Mawile by far. I've never seen it outside that cave, and on top of that it's rare.
 
There are so many that it is hard to pick just one...I´d say that Dunparce is the most underused pokémon... :D I have always liked about Aggron and Shedinja but especially Aggron is hard to raise and that is the reason why I never take it at the start of the game... :D

The most underused Pokémon that has a reason not to be used? Probably Magikarp, I mean, what is the point, especially below Lv 15, and by Lv20, itll be evolved anyway.

The most underused Pokémon that doesnt really have an explanation? Got to be something like Smeargle (a pretty much 'anything-you-want moveset).
 
Minun and Plusle.

Excellent once they're leveled up.
 
Don't underestimate Linoone. It's a total beast with STAB-boosted Body Slam.

I guess the most under-used Pokémon is Unown.
 
I think Dunparce, Delibird, Unown. I know people using Aggron, and I use Butterfree which means I use Caterpie too. Magicarps and Feebas are used to evolve them in Gyarados and Milotic. And Ditto may be used only for breeding but that is using too. BTW you can make great tactics with Ditto. Ditto is awesome.
 
Dunsparce, Qwilfish, Stantler, Zangoose, Seviper, Delibird, Sableye, Mawile, etc.
 
Yup.And Feebas. Of course, in 3rd Gen, Totodile,Chikorita and Cyndaquil, as nobody has them, cept you if you complete the pokedex in Emerald
 
Guys, I know you're probably thrown off by it being a new year and all, but when it says 2008 was the last post, even if it were still 09, that'd be too old to post in.
