Question: Music in Signature?

I've sometimes seen people have a little grey strip in there signatures that display a song and is playable to the person who clicks it. If I wanted to put a song in my signature, how would I do so?

How exactly would I insert the .mp3 file into there?

You upload it to a mp3 site (such as https://mp3upload.ca/) and C/P the link.
