    Ninetales (F) @ BalloonTrait: Drought
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Energy Ball
    - Fire Blast
    - Hidden Power [Ground]
    - Nasty Plot

    For obvious reasons, to set up drought, and sometimes when the player expects a switch out to preserve my only(yeah I should probably get another) way of setting up sunlight, I can get a hit or two in.

    Salamence (M) @ Choice Specs
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Draco Meteor
    - Hydro Pump
    - Fire Blast
    - Dragon Pulse

    Mixed Mence isn't at all expected. Catches most players off guard. Except for like you pros and whatnot.

    Doredia (F) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Butterfly Dance
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Giga Drain
    - Sleep Powder

    Standard Sweeper, sets up after a quick sleep powder and sweeps. Not as effective as i would like it to be seeing as most people counter it with ease.

    Kabutops (M) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EVs: 52 HP / 252 Atk / 204 Spd
    Adamant Nature
    - Rapid Spin
    - Waterfall
    - X-Scissor
    - Stone Edge

    I need to get rid of this. It's awful, and only helps in those situations when someone runs FireMoth.

    Venusaur (M) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Chlorophyll
    EVs: 252 Atk / 20 Def / 236 Spd
    Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)
    - Power Whip
    - Growth
    - Hidden Power [Fire]
    - Earthquake

    Powerhouse of the team, as it takes hits and throws them back. I usually can set up +4 growth before having to resort to attacking cause of Venasaur's bulk.

    Rankurusu (M) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Magic Guard
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Psychic
    - Recover
    - Focus Blast

    Tank. Ranku takes hits an heals. I can set up a full +6 Calm Mind on most people who don't find a counter right away, or have had their Rankurusu counter already killed.

    I know I need to get rid of Kabutops, because why should I use a Swift Swim pokemon on a Drought team? I just really needed a Spinner, should I replace it with Dory?

    Hitmontop could be useful for Spinning. Its the only useful Spinner which isn't really hindered by the sun.

    Specs Mence wants HP Fighting over Hydro Pump on a sun team. All hit the same junk anyway so yeah lol.

    Id also try and find a way to absorb fire attacks because you cannot deal with Balloon Heatran. Something with Flash Fire like Arcanine would be nice, probably over Salamence.
     
    What's Kabutops doing in a Sun team? The Sun weakens its STAB Waterfall. And I agree with Dark_Azelf on Arcanine:
    -Flare Blitz
    -Morning Sun
    -Close Combat
    -Wild Charge
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item:Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Flash Fire
