Wanted to do something different and do an all dark team with these guys. I don't want to change them, well maybe if I could throw in Sharpedo somewhere but yeah. I chose them because they fit the Weavile theme and they are as cute and badass as she is :p

    Drapion @leftovers
    Ability: Battle Armour
    EVs: Hp:76; Attk:252; Def:72; SpDef:28; Spd:80
    Nature: Adamant (+Attk -SpAttk)
    -Cross Poison
    -Night Slash
    -Fire Fang
    -Ice Fang

*I chose this Pokemon not only for looks but for power. Ice Fang is prefect coverage against Ground types and Night Slash for Psychics. Also Fire Fang is also coverage against Bug types which are popular this gen. Cross Poison for STAB and since there's a 10% chance the opponent could be poisoned, this counts as a good defensive move.

She's been EV'ed based on the the moves that could be learned. However I'm starting to think that because she's weaker, I should have given her more defense EVs.

    Houndoom @leftovers
    Ability: Flash Fire
    Evs: HP:72; Def:72; SpAttk:252; SpDef:36; Spd:76
    Nature: Modest (+SpAttk -Attk)
    -Dark Pulse
    -Flamethrower
    -Solarbeam
    -Hidden Power (Psychic = 70)

*Dark Pulse and Flamethrower for STAB. with her great SpAttk, Solarbeam could wipe out strong Rock, Water and Ground types (save for Gliglith) and is perfect coverage. Hidden power as coverage against even the stronger fighting types (except for those with sturdy).

    Shiftry @leftovers
    Ability: Early Bird
    EVs: Attk: 252; SpAttk:252; Spd:4
    Nature: Hardy (wildcard nature)
    -Aerial Ace
    -Silver Wind
    -Sucker Punch
    -Seed Bomb

*Great typing and great stats, she could pretty much blow holes through any counters. Aerial Ace to counter Fighting and Bug types respectively. Sucker Punch for priority and STAB. Seed Bomb is also great STAB as well.

This Pokemon was fixed to be a mixed attacker based on the moves she could learn. Silver Wind is a great move to counter other strong dark types and grass types, tho it seems unnecessary, but this move has a 5% chance of raising all stats.

    Mightyena @leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: HP: 64; Attk:252; Def:60; SpDef:52; Spd:80
    Nature: Adamant (+Attk -SpAttk)
    -Fire Fang
    -Sucker Punch
    -Toxic
    -Sand-Attack

*I normally don't like defense moves but Toxic to mess with counters and Sand-Attack to cause an opponent to loose accuracy, this Pokemon is actually pretty useful considering the defense EVs I gave here. She's meant to be half offensive and half defensive since my other Pokemon are all offensive.

I'm not sure if I made the right move with Fire Fang it used it because of the burn chance it has plus to fight Bug types. As usual, Sucker Punch for priority and STAB.

    Honchkrow @leftovers
    Ability: Super Luck
    EVs: Attk:252; SpAttk:252; Spd:4
    Nature: Hardy (wildcard nature)
    -Brave Bird
    -Night Slash
    -Psychic
    -Superpower/HP Fire/Grass/Ground

*Pretty cool flying Pokemon with great stats to a point that she could be my sweeper. Brave Bird and Night Slash for STABs. Psychic to fend off Fighting types with Rock-type moves. I'm not sure if Superpower was needed though. I mean Honchcrow DOES have decent defenses but it's part Flying so Fighting type moves only do normal damage. So I'm thinking of HP Grass/Fire/Ground to fend off against Bug, Ice and Electric types.

Hardy nature because I made this Pokemon a mixed attacker to offset the amount of Physical Attackers I have.

    Weavile @leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: Hp:48; Attk:252; Def:80; SpDef:44; Spd:84
    Nature: Adamant (+Attk -SpAttk)
    -Aerial Ace
    -Ice Punch
    -Night Slash
    -Dig

*My strongest Pokemon and the one the team is centered around. Dig is great against Rock, Steel and Fire type Pokemon, plus with her great Attk stat, I could pretty much poke holes through them. Night Slash and Ice Punch for STAB. And Aerial Ace to fend off against Fighting types, which this Pokemon has 4x weakness to.

The role it plays in this team is simply the leader. If the others were to faint, this one would pick up their slack, plus she has moves that could counter the other Pokemon's weaknesses. (Dig for ground weaknesses amongst the team etc)

On Houndoom, don't use Solarbeam because it takes two turns to set up and unless you use Nintetales to set up the auto weather then that leaves you open for a turn to be attacked and that really isn't the best thing.

    Instead go with this:

    Houndoom@Life Orb / Passho Berry
    Flash Fire
    252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Timid
    - Nasty Plot
    - Fire Blast
    - Dark Pulse
    - Taunt / Hidden Power Grass

On Weavile, it doesn't really need Aerial Ace since... it isn't strong enough to do anything to said fighting types. Ice Punch or Shard work just as well tbh. Dig takes two turns to set up and EQ is more effective, but Weavile can't use EQ. Instead go with this set:

    Weavile@ Life Orb
    Pressure
    252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly
    - Swords Dance
    - Ice Punch / Ice Shard
    - Night Slash
    - Low Kick

    or

    Weavile@Choice Band / Life Orb
    Pressure
    252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
    Jolly
    - Pursuit
    - Ice Shard
    - Low Kick
    - Ice Punch / Night Slash

Weavile always needs a + speed nature and EVs, and generally something to help its attack, which the above two sets show. Either way, Ice Shard is for priority aka revenge killing and you can choose to either trap switching psychic types or instead boost your attacks, your choice.

Considering what you've already got on Honchkrow, you're close to an effective set that'll cover the correct things, but a few adjustments are needed:

    Honchkrow@Choice Scarf
    Insomnia
    252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
    Naughty
    - Brave Bird
    - Night Slash / Pursuit
    - Superpower
    - Heat Wave

This'll cover those things that your hidden power choices may have.

On Mightyena, go with this instead:

    Mightyena@Life Orb
    Moxie
    252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Adamant / Jolly
    - Sucker Punch
    - Crunch
    - Thunder Fang / Return
    - Ice Fang / Return

Which'll allow you to hit things you can't otherwise hit. Since this is a competitive team, Sand Attack is banned since it increases evasion technically etc. Either way, the opponent can always switch out and destroy that, so yeah. It's more of an attacker than a Pokemon to use Toxic. ;x

For Drapion, people don't use poison attacks competitively since they don't... do much. Instead play on its dark typing, and go for a spinoff of what you said:

    Drapion@Choice Scarf
    Sniper
    252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
    Adamant
    - Crunch
    - Pursuit
    - Earthquake
    - Aqua Tail / Ice Fang

Shiftry goes special or physical, not mixed. :( I know you like to have mixed Pokemon, but for Shiftry it really isn't best. Considering what you already have, go with this - which makes your Shiftry more effective, since Nature Power becomes ground and you can boost your attacks:

    Shiftry@Life Orb
    Early Bird
    4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant
    - Swords Dance
    - Seed Bomb
    - Sucker Punch
    - Nature Power

My EVs are weirdly spead :[

Ah, if it were something like this:

    Mightyena @leftovers
    Ability: Intimidate
    EVs: Def:252; SpDef:252; Attk:4
    Nature: Jolly
    -Fire Fang
    -Sucker Punch
    -Toxic
    -Thunder Wave

    would it be more normal?

Sand Attack is banned since it increases evasion technically etc

Just a small note, Sand Attack (and Flash) arent banned as its easily thwarted via simply switching. Double Team and Minimize ARE banned however. Regardless the former are terrible moves so shouldn't be used anyway.

Scarf Drapion and Honchkrow are kinda trash. Drapion is outclassed as a Scarfer by things like Krookodile, its best role is as a Toxic Spiker or SDer to avoid being outclassed whilst Honch's best role is as a life orb wall breaker with Sucker Punch for priority, its far too slow to be an effective scarfer.

If you're going for mono Dark, you're most likely going to use Spiritomb otherwise you're going to lose to anything fighting.

Also, things like Mightyena are massively outclassed by everything from Tyranitar heck even Absol.

If you're using Shifry you could maybe get away with Sunny Day on Houndoom to support its Chlorophyll.

Lastly and most importantly ou also have a MASSIVE Stealth Rock weakness (looking at Weavile, Hondoom, Honch). 25% stripped from them each time they come in really is not good. Id really try and cut down on that by looking into other dark types.

    Nica covered everything else though.

For the Mightyena set you just posted: it's terrible. Honestly. Because Mightyena's defenses are low as hell and can't pull off support very well. And no, it can't learn Thunder Wave.

As Dark_Azelf said, Mightyena is outclassed by other Dark Pokemon. He also said that your team is very weak to Fighting. Spiritomb or Sableye will have to replace it to cover your Fighting weakness:

    Spiritomb:
    -Dark Pulse
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Pursuit
    -Pain Split/Rest/Shadow Sneak
    Nature: Sassy
    EVs: 252 HP/116 Def/140 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure

    Sableye:
    -Recover
    -Taunt
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Foul Play/Night Shade
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 252 HP/120 Def/136 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster

In that case, give Houndoom Sunny Day.
