    Hello to everyone. I am coming back to Pokemon after a while. I registered few months ago and was just lurking a bit at first then I did not have much free time and now finally I decided to become active here. I've got into Pokemon by anime and have that nostalgic feelings towards first generations and have yet to play or watch new ones. I would also like to appologise if and when I make some spelling mistake or so, eiter in this or my next posts since english is not my native language.
    Looking forward to meet you all and hopefully I will learn to like recent gens.
     
    Hi, Golonya! At first, no need to worry about your spelling. Well, I've been there at some point. I'm glad that you decided to want to become active in here. I'm also glad that Pokémon anime can be the reason people like you starting to know about this great franchise.     Hello there to you as well Golonya! Always nice to see another new face around.

    My first exposure to Pokemon was through the anime too, and boy has it changed so much with the evolution in art style and all the different companions Ash has had over the generations, not to mention all the Pokemon he's met and obtained. I can understand your preference to older generations, but it's also worth giving newer ones a try. Who knows, you might end up actually liking the new games after all!

    Took me a few years to actually become active here, joined in 2006 and didn't actually start posting more until 2011 so you're definitely not late. The anime is one of the best things about Pokemon and was what reeled me into the franchise too.. seems like you're a pretty big fan and will have a lot to discuss. That definitely means you should stick around long-term! Looking forward to bumping into you across the forum so have an amazing experience.
