I've been wanting to get MPR for a while, but I don't know if it's worth it. I wanna use it to store my Pokémon so I can fill the boxes with more "competitive" stuff, which are currently being crammed into the few boxes that aren't filled with random stuff. (I also need boxes for copies of trade fodder) But IGN gave it a 4.0. I don't plan on waiting ten hours just staring at the screen, I just want to get my Goldeen out of the boxes where I should be putting some guy from Smogon's Metagross!

    Worth It

It is worth it because it is great for strage but you also can trade pokemon with Hayley ( the ranch owner) and once reach a certain # of pokemon you can get a legit mew and a phione

If you're planning to get it to use as much-needed storage, it certainly does its job with that. You can keep up to 1000 Pokémon in it. The bad ratings it gets are because of the lack of entertainment value for the price, but if you need storage that badly I'd say it's worth it.

I got it even though I don't have a lot to store, and maybe it's just me, but I think all the little chibified Pokémon are charming, and some of the 'toys' or things they do are good for a chuckle, and putting Miis in there is kinda neat. But then I've never been a hard critic of anything.

I don't know if it's worth the money because I don't know the price (lol) and I already got it installed when I bought a friend's Wii .. so from my free perspective, I say it's good for a chuckle when you see the pokemon dancing and doing stuff in their "cute" form (some achieve, some fail terribly) .

It's absolutely not something you'd play over an hour, but it gives you plenty storage and the more critters you have roaming around, the more watching fun you get.

Also it should be mentioned that it can help you completing your pokedex by trading with Hayley and plus you get semi-rare pokemon out of the deal.

Of course, but the more you store, the more you can store, so putting in as many as you can at a time can jump you up several levels at a time. That's all there is to it.

Also, this is a good site to look up all the little tidbits in the game that aren't all that obvious, like shaking the Wiimote in certain ways to cause reactions or the different features or toys.

I purchased it, mainly because I was bored and had $10 to spare. But it really is a glorified screen saver.

At the same time, it's nice to have some space in my PC boxes so I can do some breeding projects.

So go ahead and purchase it as long as you know there isn't much to do besides some Wiimote tricks and transferring to/from D/P.
