Gengar- Timid @ Focus sash, EVed in speed+sp. atk

    343 Sp. Atk
    348 Speed

Thunderbolt + Energy Ball + Counter + Destiny bond

My strategy here is to use counter if they use a physical attack. Counter has saved me in many, many cases, especially when I have to face weaville, which usually tends to do a pursuit to pwn me if I try to switch out.
    Thunderbolt whatever it's good on.
Energy ball is strictly to take out hippodon and swampert, since my team always seems to be helpless against those 2.
Destiny Bond will get rid of anything I can't take out.

Roserade- Timid @ Lum berry, EVed in sp. atk and speed

    345 Sp. Atk
    307 Speed

Sleep Powder + Leaf Storm + Toxic Spikes + Shadow Ball

Sleep powder puts the enemy to sleep. I prefer it over my gengar having hypnosis because 70 accuracy = too low for me. Then I'll lay 2 toxic spikes down and then switch out to something else to finish it off.
Leaf storm usually k0s anything that doesn't resist it, and shadow ball, iunno. It's too hard to breed an extrasensory along with the other 2 egg moves so I just slipped it in.

Infernape- Hasty @ Shuca Berry EVed in attack and speed

    294 Attack
    340 Speed

Overheat + Thunderpunch + Close Combat + Earthquake

I selected overheat because most steels tend to have low sp. def but however, high def- mainly Skamory and metagross, and I happen to be HASTY so there is no negative influence towards my sp atk.
Thunderpunch is an egg move, and most people don't expect it coming, and mainly deals with Gyrados, which a lot of people decide to switch in at this point.
    Close combat and earthquake, typical.

Umbreon- Bold @ Leftovers EVed in sp. def and def

    358 def
    355 sp. def

Protect + Toxic + Confuse ray + moonlight

A strong wall and annoyer. I stall pokes and toxic them, protect sheilding myself from hits letting that leftovers sneak more hp in and letting the toxic slowly suck up the opponent's hp.
Confuse ray makes it even more annoying for them and moonlight of course, heals me.
If I encounter a steel poke I quickly confuse ray it and switch into something else, usually infernape.

Dragonite- Adamanent @ choice scarf, EVed in speed and atk

    401 Attack
    258 Speed

Outrage + Fire Punch + Thunderpunch + Brick Break

Dragonite has been my savior many many times. Choice scarf makes up for it's low speed, and he's just cool. Good moveset; the only dragon that can learn thunderpunch and fire punch hits harder than salamance's fire fang.
If I bump into something I don't have an effective attack on I'll take it out with outrage.

Deoxys S- Modest @ Expert Belt, EVed in Speed and sp atk

    304 Sp. atk
    455 Speed

Ice Beam + Shadow ball + Phycho boost + thunderbolt

Revenge sweeper. Phycho boost if I really have no other effective attacks.
Took me ages to find someone willing to trade me a MODEST deoxys. I understand most people run Timid or Hasty or something promoting speed to have a speed over 500, but deoxys S's sp. atk is way too low.

    343 Sp. Atk
    348 Speed

Thunderbolt + Energy Ball + Counter + Destiny bond
Shadow Ball + HP [Fighting]/Focus Blast

TBolt and EBall offer disgusting coverage. Ghost and Fighting are godly, however.

It's too slow to be a sweeper without CS, but if you have it as a utility, then making it bulkier. This way you can let it function as a Cleric with Aromatherapy. Otherwise, you can go with a SubSeed set, Substitute/LeechSeed/SludgeBomb/Toxic Spikes. Timid 252 SAtk/6 SDef/252 Spd

Infernape- Hasty @ Shuca Berry EVed in attack and speed

    294 Attack
    340 Speed

Overheat + Thunderpunch + Close Combat + Earthquake
Life Orb gives it that extra edge with damage.(1.3x)
Earthquake also doesn't hit much that gives you trouble. CC hits Heatran and friends far harder. Grass Knot is an option over ThunderPunch as it hits most bulky Grounds/Waters that feel like switching in.
If you run Grass Knot, then put most of those Atk EVs into SAtk, as CC hits what it needs to hard enough.

Umbreon- Bold @ Leftovers EVed in sp. def and def

    358 def
    355 sp. def

Protect + Toxic + Confuse ray + moonlight
This sort of Umbreon set doesn't work well in DP. Umby has to deal with far mor powerful attacks, and can tend to become set-up fodder. Confuse Ray just lets things switch out. Moonlight is also severely cripple by the amount of Sand Storm going around recently. Although you are safer on Shoddy, as TTar and Hippowdon usage is down. If you intend to keep it, give it Wish, Curse and Baton Pass. That gives it some use. Hmm, and give it Max HP.

Dragonite- Adamanent @ choice scarf, EVed in speed and atk

    401 Attack
    258 Speed

Outrage + Fire Punch + Thunderpunch + Brick Break
DDNite is usually more effective, but if you want to retain this, then run EQ over Thunderpunch. Outrage is only resisted by steel, and the three attack give you coverage over each and every one of them.

Dragonite has been my savior many many times. Choice scarf makes up for it's low speed, and he's just cool. Good moveset; the only dragon that can learn thunderpunch and fire punch hits harder than salamance's fire fang.

I also agree with running Timid or Hasty but if you insist...
This could work as a gimmick, but I would be inclined to run Superpower for breaking Blissey/Snorlax.

Ok, so you have an idea of competitive battling, however, you need to adapt more the the environment. Be sure to read the stickies and look at some other RMTs.

It is preferred for you to post Movesets as the Shoddy Standard:

    Medicham (M) @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Pure Power
    EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Ice Punch
    - Psycho Cut
    - Thunder punch
    - Fire Punch

As archer said, most people find it easier to rate if you do it in the correct format:

    Pokemon@Item
    Nature
    EVs
    Move 1
    Move 2
    Move 3
    Move 4

Also, we do not need to know their stats- If they have been EVed properly, thenthere's no need to remind us of how high they are.

Archer has made all the necersarry changes to movesets, although I would like to comment on the team's composition, of which there seems to be little. You have five very frail sweep-orientated pokemon, leaving umbreon to take the brunt of the harder attacks aimed at you, which it really cannot manage in the generation- He is a Passer, not a wall. I'd recommend removing him (Especially that variant, which is completely walled by taunters) and one of your special sweepers for a pair of walls, one for each side of the spectrum.

yeah, trust me,listen to El Gofre,he's irght about Umbreon, ito nly owtrks if you have walls in your team as well as it,as Umbreon IS a passer,it works best as a wishpasser or trappasser if you want to keep on usaing it
