Okay, alot of stuff that needs work, but I'm guessing this is your first site? or you're at least new to all this.

Anyways, first thing - grammar. We all tend to not use it when on the net (I'm guilty of that *looks over at "net"* but we still need to use it for the most part.

"Go on. join it" -- sounds choppy xD (I know I sound like a teacher) but really (honestly) some people get VERY annoyed by it when I first started a site I was flamed for not using grammar. Not to mention, many people consider it "n00bish"

Next, links. I saw a post above complaining about too many links. There's no such thing as too many links, just unorganized links. Why not try to organize them? have stuff that realtes more to your SITE (not the content, the SITE) in one group, your personal pages in another, and thye content in one. take the following as an example:

Latest News
Coming Soon
Forums
Polls Please Vote
Guest Room
Chat Room

Sonic
Pokemon
My Pictures
Weather
Test Page

Favorites Websites
Favorite Music
My Blog

See how all of those are seperated according to what they would belong in?

And last, layout. I would first like to say (to everyone). LAYOUTS ARE NOT WHAT THE WEBSITE IS ABOUT! You go to a website for information. entertainment, etc. not to stare at a shiny layout (sorry, but if you do then you might as well not be on the internet). Now, theer are times when the layout is not "appropriate" and I can think of one on your site. the Pokemon section -- what's with the baby feet? Changing the icture that has SOMETHING to do with Pokemon would be nice =D
Next I'll give a couple ideas that might make the layout better, believe it or not a premade freewebs template can be nice. Instead of the background your using now where the content goes, why not use white? it blends in with the header and side bar. and the logo might be better a tad bit larger and a color that would go with the rest of the design, maybe a very light blue?

And yes, It's not the best layout I've seen (freewebs isn't my favorite) but it's still nice and you shouldn't criticize people on their layouts, even if it is horrid (no I'm not saying your site is horrid). Remember, layouts are more of a decoration.

I would have to say you need to improve your spelling and Grammar

Also what is the need for a weather website?No offense but that sounds kinda noobish.And instead of making a whole page just to insert a link to it Just link the whole page for it

You seriously need to learn HTML.

I don't think I have ever seen a website that deserved as much hate and dislike as yours.
 
There is nothing worth commenting on. It's a default freewebs site that kills braincells.

And he's spammed it everywhere, which earns it the bolded terms. ;O
