For some reason my computer wont let me post a new topic so i decicded to post this here.Has any one played the 3 new pokemon mystery dungeon games on wiiware ?i am looking for save files for balze and stormy i have light on my wii and has any one discoverd passwords? also a save file that has the cool mew mission on it would be awsome.i did search google..I am really sorry for being off topic.

First post? Heh, same here. I've been obsessed with Mystery Dungeon, and I've had my fair share of defeats and triumphs... I died in a Monster House because I had only one PP for one single move left...

Pokemon Colosseum

I am thinking about bringing out the gamecube back out and buying pokemon colosseum and go through the story and all that fun stuff.

I was wondering if there is anyway to connect the original nintendo DS to my gamecube and pokemon colosseum to trade the pokemon. Theoretically shouldn't this be possible since the Gameboy SP and Nintendo DS have the same import opening? and are compatible with each others cables? and if i can connect my DS to pokemon colosseum can i connect directly to my pokemon pearl or would i have to trade to my firered and then migrate to pokemon pearl?

The short and sweet answer: no.

The way that the DS is designed makes it impossible to link up to GBAs, as it uses its own wireless frequency (which is different from that of the GBA wireless adapter, for the record) for multiplayer. Just because the two share the same power charger type doesn't mean that the com methods are the same; DS is wireless only, while the GBA uses wired cables. For these reasons, you'd have to trade to FireRed and then migrate, as a direct connection between the games is impossible. In a related topic, to trade between the games, you'd have to get the GCN/GBA link cable and a GBA (but they're cheap; I bought a used one for GCN connection purposes only for $30).
