Name of Threads

If you edit your post within the first five minutes of postin yes you can change the name. If it's been longer than that you will have to PM a mod (preferably for the section the Thread is in) to change it for you.
 
It is. You can do it yourself within the first 5 minutes; after that you should contact the mod of the section where the topic is located or any higher staff (s-mods and on) to request a change.
 
First off, please respect the character limit; don't bypass it.

I'd like to think it's a limitation due to potential abuse. 5 minutes give the average member enough time to locate any mistake/typo on the topic title and revert it; after that, it becomes impossible to modify by the creator to avoid any confusion that various greater changes would cause.
