    Does anyone know where I can get a comment box for my site. So they can comment to my updates and so what.
     
    There are a lot of free news scripts. Check out hotscripts.
     
    CuteNews is free. It's a bit crap though since it's a bit insecure and doesn't actively have updates anymore. You could try Fusion News which has essentially the same features as CuteNews. If you'd rather have one that relies on a MySQL database, you can try WebMobo.
     
    There is no purely HTML comment script...
     
    Why don't you just manually edit your news page and statically announce to your audience that the 5th generation of Pokemon was announced, in place of wasting memory with some bloated/terribly written scripts?
     
    You can go to widgetbox.com and search for comment box or chat box! They have lots of stuff there!
