Need help / info on this old energy card

    Hey everyone! I was going through my old collection, and I came across this card. My friend gave it to me like 11years ago, and I never got any information about it. Any help would be highly appreciated!

    The way it looks, it looks like someone created their own proxy card. The lack of any sort of copyright information is what makes me think that.
     
    Yeah that's a proxy. People use them to fill in for cards they currently dont have when deck testing.
