Need Help - Whirlpool Script

Who can give me good Whirlpool script for RPGXP? I have trouble... I want add to my game JOHTO region... But I do not have Whirlpool script done... My <Now> Script do not work properly... Meybe someone have better script?

I do A lot of in Johto... But to end my work on Johto Region I need good Whirlpool Script... This which I have now only work like you pokemon do not known Whirlpool <I set Whrilpool as HM>
