Since Pokemon Online has 5th Gen, I decided to create a team(Wifi Team in this case). As 5th Gen has just come out, I'm not really good in it so I need help on this team of mine:

    Azelf @ Focus Sash
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Stealth Rock
    - Taunt
    - U-turn
    - Explosion

This is the lead. I need help w/ the lead, as with those new Pokemon, I really don't know which is the best lead.

    Shandera (M) @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Flash Fire
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Overheat
    - Shadow Ball
    - Hidden Power [Fighting]
    - Flamethrower
    Revenge Killer.

    Kyuremu @ Life Orb
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 40 Atk / 252 SAtk / 216 Spd
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Draco Meteor
    - Ice Beam
    - Focus Blast
    - Dragon Claw
    Helps to wall break.

    Sazandora (M) @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Draco Meteor
    - Dark Pulse
    - Fire Blast
    - Surf
    Revenge Killer.

    Roobushin (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Guts
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Bulk Up
    - Mach Punch
    - Drain Punch
    - Payback
Physical sweeper. Bulk Up a few times before proceeding to kill. Drain Punch over Hammer Arm for more recovery.

    Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 40 Atk / 218 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Naive Nature (+Spd, -SDef)
    - Draco Meteor
    - Fire Blast
    - Earthquake
    - Outrage
    Another wallbreaker.

    Thanks.

Your team isn't really orginal...And it breaks the item clause...
What do you mean by that? By the way, Item Clause is usually turned off, so that's never a problem.

Anyhow, before I can rate I'd like to see an explanation of what each Pokemon does so I know it's not a bunch of Pokemon thrown together.

Why do you have 3 Stealth Rock weak pokemon ? Thats just asking to get annihilated by like every play style lol. :/ 2 Scarfers is also meh imo.

Azelf is meh these days as a lead because its easy to stop with Mischievous heart Taunts, Deoxys-S not being banned, Magic Coats increased usage and Magic Mirror Espeon all being common.

Dark Pulse has redundant coverage on Sazandorra. U-Turn is better for scouting and not being set up fodder.

I need help on the lead, as there;s so many new Pokemon. The tiers are not settled down yet, and Deoxys-S may go to ubers after suspect test.
So I should use U-turn over Dark Pulse on Sazandora?

Nattorei is a good lead, IMO. Thanks to its typing and bulk, it can take a hit and set up entry hazards:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Spikes
    -Gyro Ball
    -Power Whip
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/80 Atk/176 Def
    Item: Leftovers

Gigaiasu is a good lead as well.
