Need some help!!

Hey everyone!
Now I know there are some very talented Photoshop users out there so I am asking you guys to help me out!
I need to do a project for school where we make a poster on Photoshop about health and safety.
I was assigned the topic manual handling in the school.
So i have a picture that must be in the poster but apart from that anything goes!
So I wanna see what you guys can come up with or even just tell me some ideas.

NOTE: The reason I am asking for help here because my teacher has no idea how to use Photoshop and hasn't taught us anything. So I am swamped on how to change stuff like a nice background and other effects.

The poster must be this size, and contain that image.
They are the only rules!
P.S: It needs to contain textures and brushes so keep that in mind!

there are enough tutorials on the internet that can help you master photoshop a bit.
I don't know how high the skill level that is expected from you is, but it's not too hard to make something decent.

I simply don't think you should ask others to do your school work.
